Many sports need a foundation in strength, endurance and flexibility to reach a higher level. Gymnastics as well as other sports are anaerobic, which means sometimes you are not burning as many calories or getting as fit as you'd like. Our G-force program supplements the training you get in not just gymnastics, dance, cheer or martial arts classes but from any other sport as well.
G-force classes help to improve overall fitness, strength, endurance, and flexibility while giving you increased knowledge including homework assignments to do with the whole family . Students also get tested once per term and progress reports are shared with the parents via email. Our goal is to start kids on a well-rounded physical fitness lifestyle that they will continue into adulthood.
