Gymcats has a team program for those gymnasts who are moving past our silver gold and , but don't want to make the huge time commitment that regular compulsory team levels require.. These gymnasts will have the option to compete at the optional level in a level that USAG calls prep-optional. It is the perfect answer to gymnasts who like to compete and stay active with this sport but also have other activities obligations or commitments. We have 4 levels of Optional team, Silver Optional (SO), Gold Optional (GO), Diamond Optional (DO) and Advanced Optional (AO)
